On the highest plots of Canadel, the Mourvedre grapes is both powerful and elegant. To harness its power and reveal its subtle blend of elegance, the grapes are vinified in clay jars from Tuscany, naturally, without any additives. They stay five to six months in those jars before being pressed and bottled.
