Leaning against the hillside in the heart of its natural cirque, sheltered from the Mistral and lulled by the sounds of the water, the Canadel vineyard had everything of a sleeping beauty. The good fairies had bent over his cradle, offering him an exceptional terroir and an ideal climate. In perfect harmony with this generous and unusual terroir, the Mourvèdre, the emblematic grape variety of the Bandol appellation, has found a perfect home here.
Every day, we admire the beauty of the nature that surrounds us, and in harmony with it, we work in the vineyard and cellar to reveal her treasure Since centuries, the vines have been growing in Canadel, as evidenced by the remains we found. But it’s only since 2014, with the construction of our new winery, that we’ve been able to bottle this treasure.

Bandol rosé
This great gastronomic rosé is the perfect partner for aperitifs and meals. The nose reveals notes of clementine, peach and jasmine. The palate is intense, lively and saline. This wine pairs perfectly with tapas, fish and shellfish, and ThaÏ cuisine, as well as fresh cheeses and pear, almond or citrus-based desserts.
Bandol White
Produced in limited quantities, our Bandol Blanc is a great gastronomic wine that goes wonderfully with scallop carpaccio, sea bream à la provençale, zucchini flower fritters and a fresh goat’s cheese.
Bandol Red
In this great vintage of Bandol Rouge, the Mourvèdre, the emblematic grape variety of the Bandol appellation, combines its power with the delicacy of Cinsault to produce a wine of perfect balance.
Altum
The prestigious Altum is an exceptional Red wine, made from a selection of the finest Mourvèdre of Canadel.
The Mourvèdre expresses its full power, with delicacy, freshness and elegance.
Canatera
Canatera is a return to the soil, a winegrower’s folly!
From the same plots as the Altum grapes, on clay soils from the Triassic era, the Mourvèdres are vinified and aged in clay jars from Tuscany. They remain in these jars for 6 to 7 months, without any intervention or added sulfites, before being pressed and bottled. This clay vinification helps to tame the power of the Mourvèdre grape, revealing its joyful side.
