Canatera

The Canatera is a return to the land, a winemaker folly!

From the same plots as the Altum wine, on clay soils from the Triassic, the Mourvèdres are vinified and aged in clay jars from Tuscany. They remain in these jars for 6 to 7 months, without any intervention or added sulfites, before being pressed and bottled. Vinification in clay helps to master the power of Mourvèdre, revealing its joyful side.
