Back to the land, off the usual track… On Canadel’s highest plots, the Mourvèdre reveal to be both powerful and elegant. To master its power and reveal its delicate elegance, the grapes are vinified naturally in clay jars from Tuscany, without any additives. They will remain in the jars for five to six months before being pressed and bottled.
