Nose
When he is young, our rosé reveals delicate fragrances of citrus zest and exotic fruit. After one year in the bottle, the nose evolves towards notes of candied citrus and spices.
Mouth
Intense, elegant, fresh and generous on the palate, revealing peach and spice aromas, enhanced by a fine saline touch and a hint of bitterness. The finish is long and intense, fresh and delicious.
After a year in the bottle, the wine opens up, gains in fullness, and reveals more candied aromas, while retaining a fresh and saline structure.
