Bandol Rosé 2019

21,50
This rosé is made from Mourvèdre, Bandol’s emblematic grape variety, which has the particularity of producing great ageing wines, for both red and rosé. In its youth, the 2019 rosé expresses seductive notes of citrus, licorice, strawberry and a beautiful minerality on the palate. After 5 years of ageing, it reveals spicy nuances, notes of marmalade and fennel, while preserving a beautiful structure and incredible freshness. A great gastronomic rosé!

Nose

After a few years of aging, our Bandol Rosé has mellowed, offering a subtle bouquet of candied fruit, dried fruit, honey, toast, floral and spicy notes.

Mouth

On the palate, we still have a refreshing acidity and a saline finish. With notes of candied fruit, marmalade, wilted rose and almonds, it’s the perfect pairing for seafood, grilled fish and spicy dishes.
